Conditions cancellation fund

We offer our guests the opportunity to participate in a cancellation fund. The cost is 5% of the total booking amount or invoice amount excluding tax. No other costs are charged for participation in this fund.

If your planned holiday cannot take place or is interrupted by one of the following circumstances, the amount already paid for accommodation over the unused days of your holiday at Camping Chvalsiny will be refunded 100%.

Circumstances

1) Serious illness or death of yourself
2) Serious illness or death of your partner or child
3) Serious illness or death of people who you are on vacation with, or planned to go on vacation with.
4) Serious illness or death of parents / in-laws
5) Serious illness or death of brother, sister, brother-in law or sister-in-law, grandchildren

In order to claim compensation from the cancellation fund a medical certificate must in all cases be provided regarding the illness or death. Participation in the cancellation fund can only be accepted if it is entered immediately upon booking, or within 10 days of the reservation date. Without participation in the cancellation fund a refund of paid accommodation costs will not be granted.
